Company, name, email, phone, country or region, part list, requirement notes and any BOM or attachment you choose to upload. Technically we also record submission time, language and a hashed IP used for rate limiting.

Why
To process the inquiry, reply, follow up internally and keep the records required for the business. Your data is not used for unrelated marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Storage and access
Inquiry records live in a controlled database. Attachments are stored outside the public directory and can only be downloaded by authorised staff signed into the admin console, with a server-side permission check on every download.
Retention
Retention follows actual business and contractual requirements. You may ask us to access, correct or delete a submitted record through the contact page.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. Logistics, payment or inspection partners receive only what is necessary to complete a delivery. Notification email is sent through the configured mail service.
