Given a brand, part number and quantity, we check availability, date code and packaging with the relevant channel before quoting a workable price and lead time.
02BOM kitting
Upload a BOM and we check part number, package and quantity per line, flagging shortages, end-of-life parts and lines with multiple acceptable sources.
03Supply and alternatives
When the original part cannot be supplied, we propose alternatives with comparable parameters and package, stating the differences and risks for you to decide.
04Delivery and documents
Orders are picked, verified, packed and shipped with usable packing information. Inspection reports or accompanying documents are arranged when specified in the inquiry.
05Quality verification
Packaging, labels, markings and quantity are checked per date code. Any anomaly pauses shipment until we agree on how to handle it.
